Conference of Minority Transportation Officials

2017 Michigan Chapter Scholarship Application 


The Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) offers academic scholarships to deserving students.

Selections are made annually by a team of industry professionals. The Scholarship Program supports the mission of COMTO by promoting, strengthening and expanding the roles of minorities in all aspects of transportation.

Garrett A. Morgan Transportation Achievement Scholarship (High School Student Application)

$500 - $3000


Michigan Chapter Scholarship (College Students / Vocational-Technical Institution )

$500 - $3000
