Regine Beauboeuf, was elected to serve as COMTO Michigan President in 2018.  She has also been a member of the Chapter Board of Directors since 2017 and served as Secretary prior to becoming President.  She has been a member of the Michigan COMTO chapter since 2011.

Regine Beauboeuf currently serves as Vice President/Program Manager at HNTB.  Regine’s career began in Michigan DOT’s bridge design and project development sections, where she worked as supervising engineer on mega highway projects across the state. After leaving Michigan DOT, she served in various leadership roles in the private sector, including managing the engineering program for the $4.4 billion Gordie Howe Bridge and the $485 million A-25 public-private partnership in Montreal, the first transportation P3 in the Province of Quebec. Regine is a Registered Professional Engineer with the State of Michigan.  As such, she was appointed by Governor Jennifer Granholm to the Michigan Board of Professional Surveyors and the Michigan Board of Professional Engineers where she served as the Chair of the Board. She is also a former member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Michigan Board of Directors.

Regine is a Registered Professional Engineer with the State of Michigan.  As such, she was appointed by Governor Jennifer Granholm to the Michigan Board of Professional Surveyors and the Michigan Board of Professional Engineers where she served as the Chair of the Board.
